-3 inches sounds like a lot but it's just enough to make the car stand out. To most people they wouldn't know it's been "lowered"- it definitely looks better and pictures can't do it justice because it's not a drastic enough drop in ride height.
-issues with items being lost by FedEx, and because I had checked with both FedEx and the company a new set had already been sent out by x2 before I officially told them to do so.
-second set showed up and were of good quality, however had the wrong mounting setup on the front set due to my year model being the year they changed the setup so check that when ordering to save time( set shows a single passthrough bolt on front set but my car had a bar with two bolts that go through the control arm) x2 reps requested some info and pics and within a few days had some being built then sent out and all of that was done in a timely manner
- a little extra bounce in the back. I'm pretty sure when I hit a large enough hump in the road, (railroad crossings in particular) going fast enough, I do feel the bump stops hitting on the rear end however the ride quality is overall pretty good considering the price. It still rides smoother than the average full size suv and I feel like it has improved the cornering a little as well.
