This revolutionary suicide door hidden hinge kit offers rugged heavy duty all steel construction with one-piece bushed swing arms and 3/8" hinge pin. Unique notch design and adjustable mounting holes ensures proper door alignment. Self-lubricating bushings provide years of trouble free operation. Sold in pairs (2 doors) with recessed door pockets, mounting hardware, and extra bracing. This kit includes heavy duty motor assembles to open and close your doors automatically w/ a push of a button or long range remote. The deluxe model is fully adjustable, allowing for fine tune alignment after mounting. Universal sizing; cut and weld to desired size. Kits are shipped with detailed instructions.
